Paolo GRECO

P&A Legal, is founder and managing partner of P&A Legal. He is responsible for Cairo office, member of Euro-Arab Association for International Arbitration and of Mediterranean Arbitration Council. LL.M. “Commercial relationships and investments with Arabs States” organized by University of Bologna, PhD at the University of Bologna in International Transport laws with a research on Marittime Transport in Arab Countries. Working in North Africa, and mainly in Libya, since 2002 and specializes in Arab countries commercial and trade law. Paolo assists Italian and international companies listed and not. He is member of NIBI (www.nibi-milano.it). He is author of articles on Arab Countries laws. He frequently attend to conference and workshops as speaker.

 

Mohamed R. BARA

lawyer, partner and responsible for Tripoli office, admitted at the Lawyers Bar Association of Tripoli. He is a professor at the University of Tripoli Al Fatha and Academy of Graduates Studies in Janzour. Professional in Libya, his clients are Libyan authorities and Government agencies, Italian and international companies.

partner, responsible for Casablanca office, University of Parma (Business and Company Law), IPSOA – Master in international taxation and the European Union, the SUN 24 hours – Master in Taxation of extraordinary transactions, the Sun 24 HOURS-Master in International operations I.V.A., OIDA – MA in Customs and Excise Law. Tax consultant and Accountant in Morocco and Italy, Aziz Chabib focuses on international tax planning and strategies to access new markets with particular reference to Morocco and other countries of the MENA region, especially with regard to the incorporation of companies and branches, management accounting and administrative procedures necessary for the conduct of company.

 

Francesco PETRUCCIANO

partner, responsible for Teheran office. LLM at “Tor Vergata” University (Rome), in Islamic law, he is specialized into “companies internationalization” at SIOI. Francesco has a certificate in “Islamistic studies” at PISAI. Graduated in farsi at Isfahan University and into Turkish language at Ankara University. Francesco frequently attends as speaker into conferences on Islamic law and Commercial law in Iran and Turkey. He is author of articles on Middle East Countries legal system.
